I have been asked this before at other banks. I usually turn the focus back to what you have and what you like about it. May I ask how you make your day to day purchases? Why do you use that method? What do you like about it? This is usually a debit card and it is convenient. Sets up asking ......... What benefits do you get for doing that? Now I can open the door for a whole conversation of products and features.
