Seems I had a very similar experience to you. The recruiter I was in contact with was very unprofessional on many occasions. She just seemed overwhelmed. Although she was nice initially, she just lacked with follow-up and poorly answered my emails and questions. I was not needy, but these were things that could have easily been handled in one clear and concise email. She just lacked professionalism.
