I gave a brief outline of my personality and my work style, namely that I'm very easy going and comfortable with juggling multiple tasks and priorities. I said that I look for problems in any work process and try to come up with solutions, so my manager should be ready to answer related questions, not because I doubt the process, but because I'm always looking to contribute and improve things however I can. I also said that I'm not one to take anything personally, so it's OK to tell me and idea or a question I ask is dumb if it is, since I don't know everything about every process I use.
