I began to try and talk about my friends and family, but he cut me short and was not interested. This is my second job search and I am trying to be completely honest, rather than giving some staged answer that doesn't represent me at all and will lead me into a bad fit. So, I admitted to him that I am young, and part of my job search is to find a career that I can be passionate about and use that to fuel my desire to come to work and excel every day.
