Watch how this question is being worded. It is a very basic interview question. The interviewer words this question poorly. The way the question was being asked would make one believe it was in reference to the strengths/weaknesses regarding the job duties. Just give a standard strength and weakness. Ex: I am a hard worker who is always willing to go beyond the call of duty. Weakness: I sometimes forget to stay on time with deadlines. I resolved this by getting a planner, and making sure I set reminders in my calendar.
