• My greatest strength is my listening ability. I pay careful attention to what I am being told including specific information relating to current tasks, details about future projects, and even what my peers did over the weekend. Being a good listener, I am highly effective at completing projects efficiently because I don't have to be told something twice. My listening skills also help me effectively motivate others, which would be a big part of my job as head of the department.
