I emphasized my attention to being reliable, consistent, thorough, detail oriented, not willing to leave work unfinished as strengths. Weaknesses I identified as being somewhat impatient over not having things done quickly enough, and failure to realize that I always need to be striving to learn more. Never being satisfied, fighting complacency.
