One of my strengths is that I am passionate to learn new things and create opportunities to implement those. In one the project I was involved, the client had a vital requirement that they should be able to handle the site themselves without any professional. The most common way to build a site is by manually coding using languages such as Html and CSS. I researched about the Site builders and discussed it with my team and implemented it. My team was not very happy because it did not present much of a challenge, but I am managed to motivate them by showing that this way, our client would get most out of our project.
