My goal is to educate staff and faculty across the institution so that they have base level knowledge upon which to build programs. The role of our office then becomes to support those visions and help the invested parties to create the best programming possible. By empowering the groups closest to students, we can help incubate programs and culture that are bespoke for the student body's needs and an ever-changing cultural landscape.
