I really had a hard time answering that for the simple position of a cashier. I turned my weakness into a strength and played off of that. My answer: With the proper training, I will be able to do my job successfully. I think weaknesses come in then training is poor, causing a person to not perform well. If any problems arise, I'm positive I can solve the problem in front of me.
