The answer I did not bother with, don't be mean, don't be rude, don't put down potential employees. Why are you wasting your time negging? The possible answers dress you poorly... You know that is a red flag, right? This is specifically aimed at the director. The rest of your team is awesome & inspiring, but you, on the other hand, fall far from the tree.
