Youre getting sucked in... They promise you the world in the interview, and the people are actually nice people, but the company is now run from the District Manager down to the Managers and the HR person will conspire to fire you and use you as a scapegoat, when they are failing at their positions. You need to seriously wonder why 2 upper management positions were needed (they quit), why people who meet an exceed goals are fired and realize this idea smoke filled offer because they're desperate. Read the actual cons, cause they will say anything to get you in, they will promise you advancement, but you will never be given a chance to make a career, especially in sales. Ask about the commission structure. I believe you get hourly plus commission and commision on sales range from $1-$2 (I'm being generous). Make sure you ask that question! You will walk away, if your smart! This is a joke of a "sales position" and the grass is always greener from the outside looking in. This DM, HR, and Managers could care less about you as an employee. You will be treated as a $$ sign to the company, that's all!
