As receptionist at my last job, I answered all phone calls, directed each one to appropriate associate, and took messages as needed. Throughout the course of the day I would copy, scan, and file documentation. If any walk-ins came, I would greet them, answer any questions I could, and then direct them to the associate that could assist them.
