It's hard to say what you dislike about your job without sounding negative, and I'm not sure I understand the point of this question. I currently work in a phone-based role and I wanted to say, "Well obviously no one likes being on the phone!" but had to figure out a more diplomatic way to phrase it, and that took me a few moments and I felt flustered.
