What do you do to hold your team accountable?

First you must ensure there are set specific guidelines or expectations, also what the consequences are for not meeting or violating them. Accountable in a verbal first warning but written and placed in file if the same violation happens again for reference. Second offense a 1st formal written reprimand signed and placed on file. Third offense 2nd formal written reprimand with a notice of termination if it occurs again. Not all situations have to come to termination and circumstances involved should always be part of the process.
