I mentioned that I liked going for walks and cycling with my children and that did not sit well with one interviewer because she immediately let me know that the position is full time and that full commitment is necessary. I mentioned that I am applying for full time position as mentioned in the description and that I am capable of doing the job despite having children. I felt this was offensive and judgmental.
