Amazon has led the way for many years now, not just in the quality products and services it offers, but how it delivers its products to consumers, and how it always puts customers at the forefront of everything it does. I can’t think of many other companies that start with the customer and then work backwards. The other reason I want to work at Amazon is because of your Leadership Principles.
