Depending on where I was applying to and possibly what (if I was in a group interview or not) the others had said before hand, I would say how I love working with people, I am a hard worker (I can give numerous references and pretty much all my past employers/bosses can vouch for that), I can come early, leave late. You do want to say stuff that is true. I wouldn't say that I am a morning person, but i am a night owl.
