Customer service is simply doing what you can do for the customer. I’ve spent most of my career in retail or a super market setting. Customers rely on us working to take them to product not just telling them how to get to a product. That can help with personal relationships with customers who in turn tell friends and family and bring more customers to the place employment. Also rotating merchandise to keep things in date for those buying the product. These are just a few things that keep customers coming back.
