I said I was excited about their passion for customer service. I love it when I run into someone who obviously loves their job and conversely, it is my pet peeve to run into someone that obviously hates their job. A friend of mine also interviewed and didn't get the job. She was asked the same question and replied that she was excited for the travel benefits...that she loved to travel and had family that lived out of state and out of county. She didn't get selected (she interviewed during a different month than me). She thought in retrospect that she shouldn't have answered that way...that you should be excited for the job you are going to do, not just the befits of the job.
