What files do you copy over when migrating a system to a new OS?

There are a few variables, of course, documents, pictures, etc that always have to come over. PST files and NCF files for Outlook email, desktop and any hidden data storage locations the user may have done on their own. There may be unique software installed per client so watch for that too. TEST when done.
