if  we can help to client then be honest and polite with clients that u can confess I cant help you in this situation. plz give me a time to find out solution and contact compliance department or branch manager for giving  true advice to clients. And solve them problem

If I wasn't able to help the client I will ask first why and how can I help the client more and show more options of what clients needs to get their satisfactions
