Coming from a science background, starting my career in a non-IT role during the Covid period was a real challenge. I had to adapt quickly to a new work system, learn CRM tools, and develop teamwork skills. Initially, it was difficult, but with consistent effort and support from my colleagues, I was able to adapt and now feel very confident in this environment.
