I was dumbfounded by this. This is trivia night stuff I used to put into Anki flashcards when I was a teenager before I learned what turns a profit. I basically just said HTML. I don't know what they were expecting. Maybe HTML5 and XML? I wouldn't even ask this to someone interviewing for their first job, much less anyone with experience with a focus on building enterprise level applications.
