easy, you play as if you rep on a BS company they dreamed up you read the papers and offer whatever they are trying to sell, It just wants to see if you can upsell a person for additional products, The one I had was a company that offered service/repairs to all the products in the home. They call you from the next room acting like they are customers they have already layed out for you. If you have ever answered the phone this is simple just read thur docs and highlight what seems to be important to them once you crack the trend the calls become obvious.
