Taking on too many projects at once and overwhelming myself. Someone kept reminding me that I need to stop because other employees will and have taken advantage. I now ask for help before I am overwhelmed which is a strength and team effort plus I don't feel the anger and resentments when I get home because I feel everyone has been pitching in more. Well almost everyone.
