I wI’ll make every effort to save employee, then a verbal communication, followed by written communication and last, termination with one exception and that is blatant disregard for and egregious violation of EHS principles that could result in catastrophic loss of life or limb, environmental damage, and/or property/asset. So disciplinary style is in alignment with company guidance.
