This question threw me for a loop, as this was advertised as a Help Desk role, but as the interview went on, it sounded more like a System Analyst position. I mentioned that I had only ever installed and initial setup of servers (physical installs and connecting to domains) in my professional experience. I had also tinkered with Server 2012R2/2016 within a VM on MS's site.
