My greatest weakness is actually my greatest strength in this profession - independence. Sometimes this has caused fellow colleagues some discomfort that I work so hard and diligently on my own without much direction, and I have to remind myself to include people in what is going on so they do not feel left out. Everyone wants to be a part of the excitement when revenue is soaring, so my goal is to soften my independent nature at work, and share more with the team!
