I believe in leadership as servitude. As a leader my function is to ensure that I am providing my knowledge and skillset to my direct reports to so they have everything they could possibly need to succeed. Additionally, I want to enrich the lives of my reports and challenge them to grow while remaining engaged in their responsibilities.
