I answered by describing my leadership style as being a servant leader. I described what I meant that, which was to support my team members with what they needed and giving them the opportunity to be successful by providing that too them. It could be coaching, mentoring a process change, a new tool or adjustment in how we use existing tools. Once they have what they need to improve their ability to perform the job by considering their situation and coaching them based on that.
