A mixture of Transformational and delegative, at times when needed I can be delagative bc I need specific things done by a certain time. But I am also transformational as well bc I love to see develop so I coach and develop as I go.. I enjoy teaching them the “why” behind why we have to do certain things in a specific way. It helps them to not only grow in the position they are in but they can also take these skills elsewhere and thrive.
