Obviously this isn't too unexpected given that my recruiter coached me on what to expect. However, my response was cited as what did me in: I have trouble maintaining up-to-date communications in the process of collaborating on work. Given that the position is explicitly a support position where you are an aide to executives and coordinating with others to keep things together, this weakness that I spoke of would significantly hinder my performance as an administrative assistant.
