Data Analysis on a payment remittance project revealed that the end user and manager were circumventing the system and not using the SAP module that was supposed to be used. Therefore the data was misleading and not producing accurate reports. The financial manager was asked why she was circumventing the system and how IT could provide a solution that would allow for her to use the system as intended.
