There was one occasion where my team was tasked with creating a design for a project and we had come up with two solutions to the problem and we couldn't decide which one to choose. So I proposed that we create a design matrix and look at the pros and cons of paper. After taking a look at the design requirements for the project as well as the list of pros and cons we had drawn there was a clear choice as to which design we should proceed with.
