I was an RN looking at re-entry into the workforce after a 5 year hiatus. I loved the role of convenient care outpatient services and was only interested in a PRN position. They stopped the interview and wouldn’t go further because I was overqualified for the position. They didn’t even ask me why I applied for the job.
