After visiting many of the Ross Stores, I was very surprised how well they priced items. The stores were very busy, and the employees all seemed to be doing a good job. However several stores needed to be cleaned up. A store manager should never hesitate to jump in and help. Even it that means cleaning and straitening. It really helps keep the moral within the employees, that the store manger cares enough to do what it takes to keep things neat and clean, and makes it a less threatening environment if the store manager jumps in and helps do whatever is needed. Makes customers much more happy to shop if it is neat and clean.
