In five years, I see myself having built a strong foundation of experience and technical competence in my role. At that point, I’d evaluate whether I'd like to grow into a leadership role within my field, or explore lateral opportunities that broaden my skill set. I’m open to growth in different directions, but my priority is becoming excellent at what I do first.
