Maybe I came off too ambitious but I was frank and said I saw myself in a lead or supervisory role within a year or two. I held a similar role at a prior company so I wasn't over-reaching. But during the interview I found that one of the ladies also held aspirations of becoming a lead so maybe that hurt my chances? They are very team-oriented so take that into consideration if asked this question.
