After n years, I see myself as a top performing employee. I dream of becoming software engineer team lead. I picture myself as subject matter expert of two or more IT field. I am professionally growing and continue developing skills in order to contribute more in the project performance by devoting myself to continuous learning through reading learning materials, attending more training and seminars, participating conferences, joining learning activities and continuing my education and involvement with a variety of professional associations. I will identify one area of weakness and, during the next two years, complete learning activities and read at least three educational materials to improve my expertise in that business area. In n years, I have developed more automation tools and created more operational documents that will generate an outstanding value to project. I would like to gain more knowledge about IT so I am able to perform my IT role more effectively. I will also focus on earning certifications such as Splunk Certification, Agile certification, Oracle Certification, ITIL Certification and Retail Generalist Certification.
