There are various core values at Success that greatly appeal to me, because I'm a huge supporter of charter schools, and I love how science is taught from such an early age. It's also amazing that discipline and ownership are considered so important. I also think that for a very time-efficient person like me, Success is a great fit to utilize that kind of urgency I always have to do things. Lastly, I think Success values their scholars so much, and I would want to work in a network that takes care of the kids so much.
