During my career, I have a proven track record of the public and/or private sector and mix of Public-private partnerships with working experience having worked with the Government Policy Makers, National Regulatory Authorities & Multinational Industry Operators & Stakeholders with extensive exposure in National policy-making and strategies, analyzing the potential effects of competition in telecommunications markets with hands-on experience in major telecommunications projects globally in Saint Vincent W.I (3 years), Mauritius (3 years), Jamaica W.I (2 years), Seychelles (4 years) and Sri Lanka (12+ years).
