Answer: Broadridge is a large, sound company that's very good at all they do. I personally know quite a few folks that work or have worked there, I have a very good grasp of their product suite and how those tools help advisors and firms grow. There's an inherent comfort level that would help adjust to a new role and firm, the people, and processes. Additionally, I have been on the other side of not having access to those very same tools, so nobody knows more than I do how important some of the reports and benchmarking and an analysis is for everyday operations and building a successful business. Broadridge also does so much across so many facets of the industry that there's plenty of upward and outward opportunities to grow.
