I advised them that my current job ( at the time) was fantastic and had provided me with a lot of the skills and knowledge which allowed me the opportunity to speak with them and to advance my career in the insurance industry. I also advised them that at the time positions at my current company were being frozen and I wanted to advance my knowledge and didn't want to become to comfortable in my current position and that i wanted more challenging work and opportunities to handle litigated files.
