I have been with the same employer for seven years. I don't see an opportunity for advancement, and I'm looking for a change in responsibilities. I rated the interview difficult, although the sample questions shown are not. I don't want to disrupt the screening process by providing candidates with too much information. It's a challenging company to work for. If you can't hack the interview on your own, you probably won't succeed working for Paycom. Prepare yourself for the interview.
