I honestly answered with my passion for what the company does and how they are heavily involved in the community. I'm passionate about a lot of the projects they have done that have changed people's lives (visit website and YouTube channel to learn more). In addition, I expressed my passion for the field I was entering (i.e. Marketing, Accounting, HR Management, Sales, IT, etc.). I kept it fairly short but very concise and detailed. For example, I hit the two passions 1). Arrows Culture and Industry 2). my field in approximately 4-5 short sentences.
