I quit my last job because the discipline and management was incredibly bad. No one worked as a team with the new management, and new managers hired incompetent workers. I was a manager my self and tried to work with my g.m. on the problems but basically told me he didn't care how the business was. (I didn't sugar coat this. He asked so i ranted a little. Lol)
