I feel that (company name) and I share many of the same values, and that appeals to me. I want to work for a company where I can face myself in the mirror every day, knowing that I don't have to question whether what I'm doing is ethically right. OR... Because I feel that as an asset that I know that I am, I can bring some fresh new ideas to the company, for BOTH of our benefit.
