Get very personal. 2.Talk about your strengths whether is determination, humor, fun, respect, love helping people, good adviser, whatever it is. Talk about helping your peers in the program. Talk about what you love that can directly affect the program. I told them about my determination to succeed, my love for helping others, culture, diversity, ambition.
