I highlighted my positive qualities, and my strong points. Even if you falter in some core things they'd like you to be perfect at, just word them in a way that doesn't make them sound overtly negative, if that makes any sense. Example: If you tend to be a slower worker, say, "I pay meticulous attention to the details and quality of my work, because it is a reflection of me as a person and as an employee." If you aren't so good at learning a task right away as you have it described to you, say something like, "I find I excel the most if I am hands-on learning when being shown new tasks. I enjoy and prefer this way because I can directly apply the methods being taught to me and can gauge my work." If you become quickly impatient with customers, say something like, "When addressing customer concerns or questions, I am excellent at efficiently honing in on the problem at hand, and tend to find win-win solutions in a direct and focused fashion." You get the jist. I also pressed on my passion of healthy, non GMO foods and cuisine. Talked about how I love to cook (which is the truth.) Even if you eat mcdonalds everyday, MENTION THE FOOD/PRODUCTS and how they stand out from other stores due to the strict rules of what is and is not allowed in their production. Bonus if you bring up specific products WF carries (name yourself as a customer there already) and how much you like it/why you like it, and how you're excited at the prospect of trying other products you stand behind and passionately selling them to customers.
